Lanz Mobile Grooming Policies

We’re committed to making grooming stress-free—for pets and their people. To keep things smooth and respectful for all clients, here’s what to expect:

 

Arrival Window
We provide a 2-hour arrival window for each appointment. Traffic, weather, and pet needs may affect timing, but we’ll always keep you updated via text. Please have your pet ready and accessible during this window.
Cancellation Policy
– Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a 25% fee of the scheduled service.
– Missed appointments or cancellations on the day of service may be charged the full rate.
– Holiday appointments require 48-hour notice to cancel without penalty.
– A 3% processing fee applies to all credit card transactions.
– If Lanz Mobile Grooming needs to cancel or reschedule due to weather, vehicle maintenance, or emergencies, you’ll be notified promptly and offered the next available appointment. No fees will apply.
Grooming Safety & Expectations
– Please ensure your pet has had a potty break before the groom.
– Inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or behavioral concerns before your appointment.
– We reserve the right to refuse or stop service if a pet shows signs of aggression, extreme anxiety, or poses a safety risk.
– If your pet’s coat is severely matted, we may need to perform a shave-down for their comfort and safety. Additional time or fees may apply.
– While we take every precaution to ensure your pet’s safety and comfort, accidents or unexpected reactions can occur during grooming. By booking, you acknowledge and accept this risk.
Photo & Social Media Consent
We love sharing happy tails! By booking, you give Lanz Pet Care permission to use non-identifying photos of your pet for social media and promotional purposes. If you’d prefer not to be featured, just let us know.
